Joël Robuchon Monte-Carlo

Set within Hotel Metropole, Joël Robuchon restaurant serves Mediterranean-inspired cuisine finished in the finest way and promising an unforgettable culinary experience approved by two Michelin stars. Dishes prepared by the Executive Chef Christophe Cussac and his team are celebrating the freshness of Mediterranean ingredients and delicate tastes.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service every day except for Wednesdays. Lunches by Joë is a concept created by Joel and his team to transform business lunches into truly unforgettable culinary moments that stay with you long after. The evening service offers beautiful king crab and langoustine from the starter menu to foie gras-stuffed quail and uncomplicated yet delicate John Dory fillet with Mediterranean vegetables in the mains.

YOSHI

Without having to travel far, also set within Hotel Metropole, is Joël Robuchon’s second venture and his first ever Japanese restaurant YOSHI. Healthy contemporary cuisine defines the menu with dishes produced by Japanese chef Takéo Yamazaki, under the direction of Christophe Cussac. One Michelin star-awarded restaurant offers the freshest nigiri, maki, sashimi, fish and cooked meat teppanyaki-style, alongside the best sakés and Japanese green teas.

YOSHI is open every day from Wednesday to Sunday. The décor was designed by French interior architect Didier Gomez. The restaurant room has a sushi bar and opens into a Japanese-inspired garden, designed by the landscape artist Jacques Messin.

La Marée

La Marée, with locations also in Moscow and St. Petersburg, is renowned for its seafood. In a chic and elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, you can not only enjoy exquisite flavors but also feast your eyes on a beautiful view. The restaurant is located on the rooftop of the Hotel Port Palace. From this unique spot, you can admire the best yachts in the Bay.

The concept of sharing is embraced throughout the Mediterranean and the same is true at La Marée. Fresh seafood platters accompanied by refreshing white wine and conversations well into the night. Beautiful fish, sea urchins, lobster and king crab all feature in the menu.

La Cigale Vista Beach
