Dutch superyacht builders AMELS will show off their flagship M/Y Here Comes The Sun at this year’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. This will be the second appearance at an international boat show for the largest AMELS yacht built to date and her debut at a show in the Americas. Designed with family and large-group cruising in mind as well as mastery of the open ocean, she offers excellent manoeuvrability alongside ample guest amenities and accommodation for up to 26 crew to take care of every little detail.

Here Comes The Sun features a bold, modern exterior look from Tim Heywood and a beach villa aesthetic in her interior spaces courtesy of Winch Design. Her roomy size and six decks means that there is plenty of space both on deck and inside for socialising and entertaining, with a total of 9 guest suites which can host up to 18 overnight guests. Highlights across her six decks include a spacious beach club, jacuzzi, swimming pool, dedicated movie theater and game room, and grand central staircase for really making an entrance.

“We are delighted to be showcasing HERE COMES THE SUN at FLIBS and are proud to be bringing her to such a prestigious American show and to our American clients. She is a wonderful example of owners stepping up to larger yachts within the AMELS Limited Editions family of yachts. She has proven herself a true ocean-going adventurer and continues to be very successful on the charter market”, commented Rob Luijendijk, AMELS and DAMEN Director of Sales. Also joining AMELS’s flagship yacht at FLIBS 2019 will be the 151 ft/64 m DAMEN support yacht Joy Rider.
