Arcadia Yachts is currently building their fifth A115 hull with all-new renovated interiors and exteriors styled in collaboration with Hot Lab design studio, which is based in Milan. Highlights include the beautiful winter garden on her upper deck which boasts glorious panoramic views and comfortable sofas ideal for moments of contemplation and relaxation. Throughout the yacht, the aesthetic onboard is light and airy with a gentle flow between outdoor and indoor spaces facilitated by ample use of full-length windows and sliding doors.

“If we were to make just two examples, we could pick the jardin d’hiver (winter garden) on the upper deck and the arch that connects the aft and stern of the yacht” explains Enrico Lumini, from Hot Lab.“In the jardin d’hiver, we worked so that the transparency clearly perceived when viewing the A115 from outside can be experienced inside as well. We achieved this with low furniture items concentrated inside the volume, away from the uprights and the large windows. Even for large elements, such as the 75” TV, we found solutions that reduce the visual impact as much as possible, such as hanging solutions.”

The aim of this innovative new design for the A115 is to give guests the same standard of luxury and top-end amenities they would expect in a 7-star hotel. Onboard, there’s a total of 500 square metres of guest living space with 140 square meters on the upper deck alone and a further 40 metres dedicated to the master suite which occupies the bow area on the main deck. There are a further four guest cabins on the lower deck which enable her to receive a total of ten overnight guests. Crew accommodation is located on the lower deck with sufficient space for eight crew members as well as the captain who has a cabin on the upper deck by the wheelhouse.

“All the previous A115 yachts have been very successful in the charter market and on average have been rented for over ten weeks a year,” explains Ugo Pellegrino, Director of Arcadia Yachts. “For this reason, when building this unit on spec, we decided to implement all the required commercial specifications, so the owner could decide to use the yacht for this purpose at a later date if so inclined. In any case, we are certain that even if the owner decides to use the yacht for personal cruising, the features required by charter class yachts will be to the advantage of the crew on board as well.”

The 35-meter yacht is being built on spec and is scheduled for launch in early 2021.
