The Italian shipyard Benetti has just announced the sale of yet another of their popular Fast 125′ motor yachts, bringing the company’s total sales for this model to seven.
Boasting an impressive top speed of 24 knots, the Fast 125′ is powered by two 2,636 horsepower engines which keep her cruising at a steady 17.5 knots. Her star feature is the Azipull Carbon 65 propulsion system which was developed in collaboration with Rolls Royce. This innovative lightweight thruster is made from carbon fibre using the very latest production methods and technology.
This powerful system reduces fuel consumption and increases maneuverability as well as transforming the guest experience and ambience onboard the Fast 125′. The lightweight carbon fibre means that the engine room can be positioned closer to the stern, reducing noise and vibration while cruising. In acknowledgment of this smoother, quieter experience, the Fast 125′ has actually been awarded Comfort Class by RINA. The propulsion system can also be accomodated in a smaller engine room, allowing for a surprisingly roomy interior layout for a 125 footer cruiser which can receive up to 11 overnight guests.
The five guest cabins include the owner’s suite, three double cabins and a twin cabin with an optional additional bed, while the crew quarters can sleep up to seven. Of the three interior designs created by the British studio Redman Whiteley Dixon for the Fast 125′, the crisp and contemporary AIR option has been chosen for this yacht with a gentle neutral colour palate and usage of eucalyptus and tay woods.
Across the yacht’s four decks there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy quality time with family and friends or simply reflect on the beauty of the sea. The lower deck offers a wide swim deck and bar area perfect for post-swim cocktails, while the upper deck offers large comfortable sun loungers, sofas and a Jacuzzi. Additional outdoor lounging space can also be found on the roomy sun deck.
For those seeking an adrenaline rush, the garage can house a tender and two jet-skis and is thoughtfully positioned on the side to minimise disruption to the swim deck. With her sporty exterior design by Stefano Righini, ample deck space and gorgeous interior, the Fast 125′ is sure to delight her new owner with her extensive entertaining capabilities and slick styling.
BF107 is scheduled to be delivered to her new Turkish owner in 2019.
