FB277: Benetti Launches Largest Yacht Ever Built in Italy

Benetti has just launched the largest yacht ever to be built in Italy by a private shipyard, the 351-foot/107-meter FB277. The first of three so-called “gigayachts” scheduled to be unveiled over the next few months by Benetti, this stunning new build was entirely designed by Benetti’s in-house team. Imperial Yachts acted as project managers, representing her new owner, and will be the yacht managers of the new yacht which is expected to become one of the most coveted charter yachts on the market.

FB277 will be delivered to her new owners in the summer of 2019 and is sure to delight with her sleek, minimalist design and carefully chosen luxurious onboard amenities. Highlights include a large helicopter pad to allow her owners to come and go as they please, a vast full beam master cabin with matching port and starboard private balconies, and a spacious beach club which boasts access to the sea on both sides of the yacht as well as to the stern.

Guests will enjoy relaxing in the upper deck saloon which is furnished with a grand piano and large screen ideal for cosy movie nights or indulging in a massage in the dedicated spa and hammam area. The spacious sun deck also offers plenty of options for spending time with friends and family thanks to the numerous sun pads, al fresco dining space, and massive pool which can hold 21,000 liters of water. When it is finally time to turn in for the night there are seven gorgeous ensuite VIP cabins situated on the main deck next to the main saloon.

Benetti CEO Franco Fusignani commented, “We are thrilled to see the launch of this beautiful giga yacht. The first of three currently under construction in parallel in Livorno. FB277 is, in reality, more beautiful and impressive than we could ever have possibly imagined. Today, Benetti is the only private shipyard in Italy, and one of very few anywhere in the world, with the capacity and capabilities to build yachts over 80 meters long. This gigayacht puts Benetti on the map for building yachts of over 100 meters.”
