Monaco is a divine destination any time of year but especially so during the annual Monaco Yacht Show, when all of the most appealing seafaring vessels gather in Port Hercules for a glamorous peek by interested buyers and dedicated fans. The Italian Sea Group will be shining the spotlight on two megayachts from its Admiral brand, the 55 m Quinta Essentia, and the 50 m Ouranos, at this year’s show.
Quinta Essentia is the largest of the Admiral builds, at least until the 75 m yacht currently under construction in the Marina di Carrara Shipyard launches in 2018. Interiors by Michela Reverberi, exterior by Dobroserdov, and naval architecture by Vripack Design & Naval Engineering pooled exceptional talent to construct this all aluminum 870 GT displacement hull. Her warm, relaxing interiors accommodate 12 guests in six luxurious cabins. Sporting an advanced hybrid propulsion system, the yacht is powered by two 1400 hp engines and two 150 kW electric motors and variable speed generators. Inspired by the four essential elements, earth, air, fire, and water, Quinta Essentia ensures exceptional navigation, efficient fuel use, and quiet operation.
The Admiral C Force 50 m Ouranos, with interiors by Gian Marco Companino in collaboration with Admiral Centro Stile, will join Quinta Essentia at the show, earning a spot for her balance of tradition and innovation. Built for a repeat client, the yacht is a 499 GT steel displacement hull with an aluminum superstructure and a top speed of 17 kts. Boasting a beach club and wellness club with massage corner, gym, and day head, the yacht has also garnered new awards for her peace and quiet, turning in a RINA score of 96/100 in her comfort class.
