In a most gracious profile, Hakvoort’s Motor Yacht Apostrophe has garnered a bevy of award nominations, taking the win in stride with her sleek exterior desgn. At 39.7 m/130 ft, she impresses as one with a much longer measure with long, sweeping lines of black window glass streaking between panels of her brilliant white superstructure. Her drama remains understated, finishing off near the waterline with a chic, grey hull.

Apostrophe carries 10 guests in 5 cabins, and accommodates 6 crew. Her exterior earned a Showboats Design Award for 2014, and her incredible combination of form and function put her in the running for a Neptune trophy at the World Superyacht Awards to be decided May 3, 2014.

The owner’s cabin on Apostrophe gloriously spreads full beam, with a sophisticated onyx marble bath, enhanced by curved, backlit art glass panels deftly presenting a beautiful undersea view. Walk-in dressing plus an elegant office deliver a most comfortable cabin even on long voyages. Her four guest suites on the lower deck are similarly appointed, allowing all the experience of luxury while in her stead.

Exquisite makassar joinery from Hakvoort’s own Unlimited Interiors plays gorgeous craftsmanship with eloquent detail and finish to create most beautiful cabinetry, door styles, and framework.

Equipped with both stair and lift, the open plan hangs a custom cylindrical chandelier column with sculpted detail, mesmerizing guests on their way from deck to deck. Alfresco dining finds its way to nearly every deck, with stunning curved glass views, Gustav Klimt artwork, and beautifully tailored details.

The beach club is teak paneled, with all the important water toys on board, including tenders cleverly hidden behind a lazerette door, aft of the engine room.
