New Launch

World Debut for Arcadia Yachts A105 at Cannes Yachting Festival 2018

Arcadia Yachts is set to show off their racy new A105 model at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival which takes place over the 11th to 16th of September. With bold exterior lines and a striking signature look that was developed in collaboration with the Milan-based Hot Lab studio, it’s no surprise that this new design has proved very popular with yacht owners. Arcadia has already begun construction of the third hull in the series which is also the third yacht purchased by this owner from Arcadia over the past seven years.

Another reason the 105 foot/32 metre A105 has been such a hit is thanks to Arcadia’s philosophy of offering owners the freedom and flexibility to create the perfect yacht for their individual needs and requirements. There are currently over 50 different interior layout options to choose from, allowing owners to choose the right balance of outside and inside space as well as the ideal mix of privacy and sociable communal spaces.

At the heart of the design, though, is the idea of conviviality and sharing good times with your nearest and dearest. To facilitate this, Arcadia has included a large skylounge on the upper deck with fold-out balconies which merges on to the spacious sun lounge and creates a 213 square foot/65 square metre relaxation space. Additional flexibility comes from the fact that the skylounge boasts large thermal insulating glass windows and can be used all year round. When it comes to dining, the A105 can actually seat up to 20 people with a formal dining area for 10 on the aft deck and room for 12 further guests to dine in the lounge area.

The enormous potential for entertaining continues with the guest accommodation arrangements. The owner of the third A105 hull has opted to include two VIP suites as well as a further guest cabin and the roomy master suite which is accessed by a separate set of stairs. Although full details of her layout have not yet been released, she is expected to be able to receive up to 10 overnight guests and five crew members.
