Second 52Steel Superyacht Launch For SanLorenzo

Last week Italian luxury yacht builder Sanlorenzo celebrated the successful launch of their second 52Steel vessel. Over recent years the company has built a solid reputation for metal yachts over 40 metres in length and shows no signs of slowing down. This latest 52Steel launch brings their build total 21 superyachts to date with 15 further vessels currently under construction at their dedicated 50,000 square metre site.

Given the innovative new design features and enhanced performance capabilities of this model, it is no surprise that Sanlorenzo have successfully sold four 52Steel yachts so far. Styled with Mediterranean and Carribean cruising in mind, her transparent deck pool creates light, airy spaces below the main deck and the convertible beach area boasts enclosing doors which double as sea level platforms when folded out. The beach club floor can also be removed to provide stowage space for 8-metre long tenders to facilitate spontaneous shore excursions and water sports.

Impressively for a yacht of her size, the 50 metre 52Steel offers a spacious owner’s suite and two luxurious VIP suites. She also has a further three guest cabins which enable her to receive up to twelve overnight guests in total. Additional amenities include a fully-equipped gym, a salon on both the main and upper decks and ample deck space dedicated to soaking up the generous Mediterranean sun or feasting al fresco under starry skies.

As well as the new 52Steel, Sanlorenzo has a whole range of new superyacht designs like the 40Alloy with her gorgeous folding balconies and the ambitious 460Exp which offers adventurous owners the flexibility to explore off the beaten track thanks to her cutting edge navigation systems. As her busy construction schedule proves, Sanlorenzo has quickly become a world leader in modern motoryacht design thanks to the company’s ability to keep pushing boundaries and prioritizing innovation alongside sublime Italian styling.
