The perfect backdrop to your very own silver screen movie, the 77 metre/252.6 foot Silverfast is one of the most gorgeous yachts on the water. As well as boasting elegant, graceful lines and breathtaking interior design, she’s the world’s fastest and largest aluminium superyacht with an impressive top speed of 27 knots and a cruising capability of up to 4500 nautical miles.
The flagship superyacht of Silver Yachts, Silverfast was built in 2015 and one of the largest yachts ever built in Australia. Her dreamy metallic hull and sleek exterior are the work of Espen Oeino and ensure she cruises through all sea conditions with ease and minimum noise disturbance to her guests. Unusually for a yacht of this size, her thoughtful design also boasts a modest 2.6 metre draft so she can get up close to beautiful beaches and shallow waters in exclusive destinations like the Maldives, Bahamas and South Pacific islands.
To complement Silverfast’s chic exterior lines, designer Andreas Holnburger of Vain Interiors has styled the interiors with a light, airy touch. Leather-covered steps on the main stairway and beautiful teak panelling are just a few of the luxurious finishes used throughout the superyacht, giving a sense of understated elegance and timelessness.
Guests will adore the winter garden space which bridges the divide between indoors and outdoors thanks to sliding glass doors which enclose the whole area. The garden can seat up to 12 guests for dinner, following which you can retire to the main deck which boasts panoramic windows and a movie theatre with large plasma screen.
Silverfast has a total of seven guest suites with three VIP suites located on the main deck and a further four on the lower deck which can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests. Each suite boasts its own large ensuite bathroom. Families with young children will appreciate the ability to connect the VIP cabin with another neighbouring double cabin. The upper deck is entirely dedicated to her sumptuous owner’s suite complete with his and hers bathrooms and a large walk-in wardrobe.
When it comes to kicking back and relaxing, Silverfast ticks all the boxes with her 8-person jacuzzi, stylish mirrored bar and ample outdoor lounge space. Guests who like a more active lifestyle will love the roomy beach club which includes a gym, massage room and even a beauty salon to make sure you’re looking your best before you step ashore in Cannes or St. Tropez.
On the main deck is a neatly hidden tender garage which allows the crew to launch a 7 metre tender straight from the bow. Silverfast also boasts a landing pad on her foredeck which can accommodate a twin-engine helicopter to allow guests even more flexibility to come and go as they please.
Silverfast is available to charter this summer and she is also currently for sale through renowned superyacht brokerage firm Burgess Yachts.
